my divorced was granted last april 2010. and im applying for my daughter for permanent residence. in her application there are some questions regarding her father. should she include him in the list of family member section in "application for permanent residence in canada under the details of family members.

yes, and if she is not legal age, you are going to need permission from your ex to bring her to Canada - divorced or not.
