I received an advised from Canadian Embassy Manila that I have to forward three (3) requirements to process my application. The two of the requirements are already ready, Proof of funds and four pictures, but the other one is IELTS. I am here in Saipan and we don´t have testing center here to be able for me to take the exam. Due to my work here and the new Immigration issues for contract worker, I can´t go home to Philippines or in Japan to take the exam. That three requirement instructed me to be submitted in 60 days.
Can you please advice me what to do.

I would run to the nearest IELTS exam centre because I want to land in Canada as soon as possible.
CIC may want to question my diligence.

Hi Jackie,
I received the same advice from Canadian Embassy in Manila. Good thing that they have IELTS center here in Dubai. I enrolled and take the exam but was short by 1 pt. Don´t know if they are going to consider since I have only 66 pts total.
