Hi All..
I am an Indian citizen and I am residing in Ontario, Canada. I got my PNP approved from Ontario. For the second step they asked me to send the documents to Buffalo, NY office. But my question is can I apply to New Delhi office instead of applying to Buffalo office. I would prefer to go to New Delhi instead of Buffalo in case there is an interview because of some visa issues with the USA.
Can someone please let me know if I can apply to New Delhi for my second step instead of applying to Buffalo.
And also can someone please let me know will there be any disadvantages in applying at New Delhi office instead of applying at Buffalo office.

Hi Bozo,
Consider the time line before you apply from New Delhi office. It will be faster from Buffalo office than New Delhi.

Can any one tell me how long does it takes to get a migration visa...I applied for Canada in the Year 2006 - And got an Acknowledgement in the month of January 2007. The site shows that they have received the application but will inform me once they start processing.
It is almost 4 Years now... How long is it going to take ?
Hope some one who has applied during the same period may post their experiences..

You forgot to mention that you received a letter from Visa office asking to withdraw your application with full refunded fees or you accept to wait. For CIC to finalize backlog, it will be on the year 2023.
