You have no other option but to go to full appeal, but...........

If you withdraw and reapply there probably is little if any new details you could submit to overcome the Visa Officers original decision. So the Visa Post will interview & refuse again and the whole appeal procese will start all over again! But.........

So it appears from your posting that someone suggested that you Do It Yourself (DIY). It also appears that you had no Counsel to assist you with your Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR).

I guess you can see that those people who told you that you don´t need anyones advice might just have been wrong. Now some can get approved even without an interview but it was your obligation to prove your relationship was genuine in the first place.

Crying infront of the DRO dispute resolution Officer when the Hearings Officer which sat across from you is the one that makes the decision is sooooooo illogical.

Now for the but........

Darling you signed to withdraw your appeal!!!! WHY ?????

You do not sign to continue your appeal!

99.9999% of us do it ourself and have landed - assuming you are coming in as skilled worker.

lawyers and consultants are useful if you´ve language difficulty - especially consultant => not only they CON you but they inSULT you.

SG **247.182.4 CHECK YOUR STATISTICS AGAIN!

Albana is that .0001% who did it herself and where NOT successful.

Your funny SG (troll).

Can you explain 99.9999% are succesful then why does CIC have an Immigration Appeal Division? Why would Immigration hire so many staff and rent office space if everyone can DIY?

When one assumes one can appear to be an ---!

well the first time that we did our papers Roy wasn´t that good i didn´t put enough information to believe that it was a genuine marriage thats what the visa officer in Rome had wrote so now i have lot more evidence proof that this is a genuine marriage. Also if i went through the full hearing it would take a year and 8 months to finish. And by the way i was crying because i was mad sad and frustrated stressed because i wanted to win this so me and my husband can start our life together in Canada, i wasn´t acting it just came out so it wasn´t illogical. Roy you still think were gonna lose the second time?
