there is no room left on the thread where you posted your question so I am starting a new one.
Your husband has left you 2 times, both times involving the police. You have withdrawn your sponsorship application and now he wants you back and within the same breath he also wants you to re-start the sponsorship processes.
Missy, you may be confused, but me... not so much. If you were my best friend, I would be telling you that being in a cycle of mistreatment and apologies is no way to live no matter how good he makes you feel on his ´good days´. He needs to go back to Fiji and prove that he is worthy of you. Only then, would I consider sponsoring him and I would do it as an outland applicant. CIC will probably want to know why the first application was withdrawn.
Until then, make sure you and your child are safe, that you have good friends and family around you that will help you resist the urge to believe that he has changed over night... and will hold you together when the going gets tough.
