Subject: Deportation with no criminal record.
When I first entered Canada, I recieved an exclusion order for one year. Basically because there was a misscommunication with visiting/moving, and obviously enough, i was trying to eventually move. After driving for nearly 20 hours and in a state of shock, i stop at a rather sketchy gas station, probably an hour or so away from the border. Sleep for a couple of hours, i then wake up and set the gps device to home, in which case it actually was set right back into canada. so then i find myself driving through a rainy fogged up night, and then right back at the border i am. ten hours later, the minister arrives and hands me deportation documents.

Man you are confusing, to say the least! You are messed up so you end up at border and then, a MINISTER (is it a preacher or Federal Goovt man?) mysteriously shows up to hand you the expulsion order!!! I think you should stay away from whichever country that minister was from.

It is called a ministers delegate.
You were given a deportation, which means there is obviously more to your story than you are saying.
If you were trying to go home, then why would it matter if you cannot get back into Canada?

You cannot enter Canada without ARC.
You must apply prior to arriving, or there is a strong possibility that you will be detained and held for a hearing.

Just apply, noone here would be able to tell you whether you would be given ARC or not.
