Please Help!!
Hi My mom is a widow and I am th eoly child in the family. My mom visted me in 2007 and is living with me extending her vistor visa. We also applied for the Permanant resident in 2007. Hoever now we got a letter from the immigration that for my mum to leave the country. But her immigration for Permamant residence file is "In-Progress". We do not know what to do, since one of my kid is having a illness that needs special attantion and i need my mum. Also she does not have anyone in our homeland that she can live with. What can I do to explain or take this, so my mum can extend her visa until her PR is worked out. The CIC website says 38 months to process, now is about time. Whay should I do?
