Could a deported foriegn national re-enter Canada, if accepted from an educational institution, or job/career?

(in reply to: Reason) Yes, as long as you get an Authorization to return to Canada AKA ARC and a visa.
The question is whether you can get it or not.

(in reply to: Reason) I´m only 22 years old, with no criminal background, in the us nor canada. i simply took a wrong turn, back into the cuntry, after recieving an exclusion order. which is why i now have a deportation order. Good lord, marry a canadian citizen?

(in reply to: Reason) You must apply for an authorization to return to Canada.
You can apply for this at a consulate.
And no, marrying a Canadian citizen or getting acepted at a school will not allow you entry.

(in reply to: Reason) Would I still be capabale of marrying a Canadian citizen?

(in reply to: Reason) sure, but what good does it do you if you have an exclusion order. Marrying a Canadian does not make it disappear.

(in reply to: Reason) Just out curiousity, what are the chances of getting written permission from a Canadian Embassy to return, one or more times to Canada? Especially with no Criminality. Give a legendary reason for not immigrating to Canada?

(in reply to: Reason) why do you want to come back so badly? That will be CIC´s question.
you have made an error, (deliberate or otherwise). There is no way around it but to serve out the exclusion order and then reapply for whatever reasons are compelling you.
