How much is the application fee & Right of permanent residence fee in Canadian $?
Canadian Immigration site shows $550 as Appl. fee and $975 as Permanent Residence fee.
do I need to pay Right of permanent residence fee during the initial processing?? or do I need to pay when they ask?
Do I need to pay both application fees & permanent resi fees for applicant and spouse as well?
Please throw some comments/ideas on it.

Pay it forward. They will need you to pay those sooner or later so you as well pay it all at once and get over it. If they reject your application, they will return the 975 part. On the other hand, paying at once may tempt the CIC to go easy on your application.............. Well I would go easy on somebody if they paying me some cool money.

download one of the immigration application forms and it will tell you exactly what CIC requires for each type of application. there is also a FAQ section that is very helpful
