Hi there, recently marital status of my partner has changed - we got married. Now, we need to inform immigration service about this. How can we do that? Is there special form for this or we just write a letter from us and send it out? The immigration docs were sent to Buffolo.

PLEASE USE dispassionate and formal language.

That is terrible way to draft a letter.
Firstable:
To whom it may concern.
Second, who cares!!how you are doing or thanks to whom. It is not even relevant.
Third:
Include your file number in the letter. THAT IS A MUST. That is by far way more important than "I am fine thanks to you" Then inform them about an update in your status and you are writing to update your application.
Then FOLLOW UP!!! There are forms that you are going to Need to fill in. Your spouse needs to be examinated. Which means that he/she needs to undergo medicals and provide police records.
