Hi
I´ve applied for PR since 2006 and got married in 2007. I did not inform the immigration office on my marital status and they´re now asking for my personal documents for processing. The thing is, I´m in the midst of a divorce, how should I go about? Do I still need to include my spouse´s in my application?

Come clean NOW and tell the truth. If immigration finds out this fact after you become a PR, it can be revoked, and an order of removal from Canada will be placed on you!!! Don´t take the risk.
