i had applied to immigration 8 months ago and they accept my file and send me file number ,but i could not update my papers with high score of ielts ,so i did not send any update ,6 months ago i got tourist visa and i went there and came back and 3 months ago i tried to get the tourist visa again and they refused ,
now i got acceptance an institute and i would like to know ,how is the dificulty to get the study visa after all this events had happened to me

The only way you can know if they would give you a study visa is to apply. Until you apply and get assessed, no one can tell you if you will be successful or not.
