Subject: CSQ issuance if i am shifted to another country
  Dear Friends,

i applied for CSQ in Paris. i am leaving the france in coming month. do i request to change the address to another country? or can they send my the CSQ responce by Post? to come back to france , i will need visa which will be a difficult task for me? any solution or alternative please?
