Hope the rest of the process goes smooth for you! I´m just starting my application. I was wondering if you or others who have already passed this stage could answer a quick question for me: where can I obtain the fingerprinting form acceptable by the FBI. Do the local police offices that also do the fingerprinting have the form available there? I´m kind of confused about this. What´s the easiest/quickest way to go about it? Thanks!

Call the local police office and ask if they have blank finger print card acceptable by FBI, if they don´t have it , send a request to FBI to get one.... Simple.
As in the previous message 2 weeks to get FBI clearance is pretty early it takes atleast 6 weeks on average...

In my area local police doesn´t provide finger printing form. They asked me to contact UPS Store (Previously Mail Boxes Etc). You can also find local finger printing agencies in yellow pages.
As per the instructions in the FBI website, write your immigration dead line date in request letter and also on envelop. FBI will try to meet you deadline.
