Subject: H1-B visa to Canadian green card! |

|
Hi,
Currently I am on H1B visa in US for past 1 yr.
I have PhD in Geoscience from US; and BS and MS in Civil Engineering from India. I have over 2 years of work experience in research field in US, beside 4 years of graduate research work experience during my PhD in US. All these experiences are closely related to my educational background. I am fluent in English (writing, spoken, reading etc.) and may learn basic French as well if needed.
I have published my research work in esteemed International research journals.
I scored 77 points on Skilled worker self-assessment test, which is well above the minimum 67 points required to apply.
Do you guys think I will qualify for fast track Canadian green card? If Yes, how should I proceed?? How this will affect my US green card application if I ever apply for one in near future.
Thanks

(in reply to: H1-B visa to Canadian green card!) 1- There is no such a thing as Canadian green card.
2- You probably mean, Canadian Permanent resident status.
3- Is your ocupation in the NOC?
If it is then...
