| Subject: big problem...please help |

ok so this is the situation: I have all the documents ready to mail to sponsor my husband to come to Canada. We both live in the US but I am canadian. Problem is the following: he came to the states from his country of origin couple years back on a working viza that expired after 8 months so therefore he was not admitted legally for one year in the states.After that he tried to extend it and we have some pending papers but nothing clear on them. The Q is: what office will process his application? Buffalo? or in the country of origin? If he has to go to an interview in the country of origin he cannot come back to the states so you guys see my dilemna? I was thinking to just include all pending viza papers (with no extension date) and send everything to Buffalo and hope they process it since he´s been in the states now for 5 years. what do you guys think
