Subject: two files on CIC
My friend is planning to sponser his cousin under refugee ressetlment program...fortunately two churches accepted to sponser his cousin....so is it allowed to start the process thru both of them??...I mean is it allowed to have to files of the same individual in the CIC???....THANK YOU
