If my husband´s viza on the states (where living for the past 5 years)was released for 8 months and not one year (expired now), should I indicate on my spouse sponsorship that I want the office in buffalo to process it (I read they only process if he was legally admiteed in US for one year or more but in his case he was admitted for only 8 months after which he has no status)? In teh second case the office responsible would be in home country. But if he has to go to an interview he can´t come back in the US. What should I do. We also have a baby and all papers are very clear. You think he will get a interview? thank u
