hi all
me and my gf are going to get marry next month and will send out "Application for permanent residence in Canada — Spouse or common-law partner" after. The question i have is Request for Police Certificates, she is from taiwan and she has been living with me here in Canada for over 18 months now. so does she need police certificate from Canada or police certificate from taiwan is good enought, also does she need to take finger print?

Any country where one lived more than consecutive 6 months.
Does she need police certificate from Canada?
Yes, she has been in Canada more than 6 months.
Police certificate from Taiwan?
She is from Taiwan.
Does she need to take finger print? Yes
Mostly digitally taken at a local fingerprinting service. Sent to the RCMP immigration office in Ottawa. Forwarded either to you or to your legal counsel. Waiting period is just maddening! Patience is virtue, thank you.

hi good evening...they send it back my application in hongkong coz it´s missing one,where did I get this one please provide us the postal address of the immigration authority that the police certificate should be sent? It´s ok if I write the letter to send it back to hongkong police clearance or not?
