Dear Sir/Madam,
I have applied for my post graduation work permit on the basis of Transcript only, And I got refusal because they said I had not submitted proper documents. Now I want to reapply, so my questions are:
1) I got letter from Case Processing Centre Vegreville
6212 55th Avenue
Vegreville, Alberta T9C 1W5 ....... So Is this the address where i can reapply?
2) Now I am going to attach all my documents as graduate certificate ,transcript and other related to passport. But i have a time limit constraint because my 90 days period is going to be over. So can i fax my application ?
3) Can i get it this time :( ?

My work permit expires on the 5th October,2011 and I would like to apply for the extension of stay. I have the approved LMO.
I have sent my passport for renewal with the correction of my name as per my birth/marriage certificate to the Indian Embassy, Vancouver dated 20th July,2011 and its under process.
I would be very grateful if you could please let me know if I can still apply for the extension of stay/work permit without the passport details.

Once you have your LMO, you will neeed your passport, plus $150, to get you next permit.
also, you will probably need .... a letter from your employer of "continuing employent" as well as a copy of your Contract of employment, make sure the dates are correct.
It is possible to get your permit from the airport, if you speak very nicely to immigration there.
Another way is to "run round the flag poles"... cross the border into the USA, return to the Canada side and tell the officer there that your here to get a work permit, they will issue you with the permit at the border.
Alberta is a bitch with immigration with many pit falls, check out my site for lots of info !! emigratetocanada.info

realize that it will expire on September 2014 then, I just apply
my working permit last November 2012 and I only have more
