  To All

Yesterday a person agreed to act as an interpreter when an individual was receiving a negative PRRA Pre Removal Risk Assessment decison. The person who was called to the interview expected to be told to go home and was ready and willing to purchase their own ticket.

The person acting as the interpreter was asked to present some identification.

When questioned regarding the interpreters status in Canada the interpreter said proudly "VISITOR"!

The CBSA Officer then asked when did you arrive in Canada.

The person acting as the interpreter proudly said "MAY 2005"!

****
How can these CBSA Officers expect to collect their salary if it is that easy to find someone who overstays their visitor status?

True story.

When work is so easy to complete do we really need CBSA Investigators?

I think shouldn´t talk of what you don´t know. If you really think that an "investigation" is only based on "overstayed" visas....think again.

And a cop walked into a bar and watched someone get murdered, and caught it on video...why do we need detectives...
We need CBSA because the tool in your story was just one of the many illegla law breaking people who CBSA deal with.
There are many others (some being very bad people) who are not stupid enough to be caught so easily.

Jees, have some Canadian pride.

And I think immigration consultants are only hired to fill out application form too.

Yet CBSA brings virtually no one to justice who has (used) a PR or Canadian Citizen to gain their status by marriage! These individuals flee the second they get their PR cards.

Yet CBSA refuses to stay or withdraw charges with the consent of the Crown to remove those illegals who face charges in Canadian courts.

Yet CBSA go after families by entering the schools to find the students and hence the location of the parents so their number of removals go up.

Canadian pride I have, logic you don´t!

I think your advise and support in this forum is great and very valuable but you shouldn´t talk of what you don´t really know.

That´s all I have to say about this.
