I am an IT worker wishing to re-locate to Vancouver/BC.
I frequently read about the IT skills shortage in Canada, but would be grateful for more detail on the specific skills most in demand so that I might improve my marketability.

IT spots in Canada are very difficult for immigrants these days (as in the U.S.). That´s why they´re no longer on the NOC list. Positions tend to go to Canadians before foreigners. With the worldwide economic downturn, companies have learned to function with the IT skills they already have.
