I am planning to apply for Canadian PR.
Unfortunaltely, I cannot get a reference letter from my current employer for immigration. I have a appointment letter which states my position and salary.
I am planning to explain the reason why I cannot submit as stated on the website@
can someone please provide me with a sample letter if possible.
Please help. Thanks very much in advance.

This is to certify that Dr.X has been working as a Dentist in my Dental clinic named Ą§**** Dental CareĄ¨ since September 2006 to till date (4 years).
His position is full time & permanent on a 38 hours per week basis & his salary is
12,000 BDT per month which he receives by cash in hand.
During his 4 years tenure of service he has been executing following duties:
h Examines teeth, gums and other tissues using dental equipments and X-rays to
diagnose disease, injury & decay and plans appropriate treatment.
h Cleans teeth and cavities (Scaling & polishing) & instruct patients on oral
hygiene.
h Restores teeth by filling cavities with restorative materials or by root canal
treatment (RCT).
h Extracts & replaces diseased & decayed teeth.
h Minor surgeries under local anesthesia e.g. Extraction of impacted teeth.
h Managing patients of removable denture, crown & bridge.
h Writing prescriptions for patients on relevant dental treatment.
h Providing dental health education to motivate patients.

Thank you for your response but this is not what i am looking for i am looking to write a explanation letter as to why i cannot provide a reference letter from my employer.. I have been working recently and asking a reference letter might give the impression that i am looking for another job which i dont want them to have so....

I think you would be the only person who could write a letter describing why you cannot provide the asked for documentation.
Why not just explain to your employer why you need this letter?
If you cannot recieve it, then explain this in detail to CIC.
