Hi! Ive been searching all online for more details but i cant find anything! Im from australia and my fiance wants us to get married when i come back to canada to see him, Can we do this? Or are there things i need to do first to be able to marry him?
Like, What things will i need to have with me?

Of course you can get married.
when you come to Canada bring proof that you are going to leave Canada and still have "ties" to Australia.
Do not lie, just tell the officer the reason for coming to Canada and show proof of when you will go home, future plans (your new husband move to Aus or you move to Canada at later date).
If you are planning on coming to Canada to get married and stay for life, that is a completely seperate can of worms.
If you plan on staying for life, then being married with a marraige certificate in hand will help you.
You may want to research "dual intent" which may be the case with spouses.
This would allow you to come as a visitor with the intent on applying for spousal PR inland. If you do not apply or are denied you still must leave like any visitor would have to.

Dual intent is applicable for a work permit not for a visitor who is coming to marry a citizen.
Dual intent is applicable in the US under the K1 visa program.
There used to be a fiancee visa but that program was cancelled in early 2002.
When coming to Canada, make sure that you have prove that you are going to leave Canada at the end of you visit. Letter of current employment, business cards, active credit cards from a branch in your home country, return ticket etc.
Now, in order to register your marriage in Canada you have to check with the province where you are going to get married.
