Subject: Entry and Exit to Canada via US will be counted?
  Hi,

I am a canadian PR Holder. I went on B2 visa to US(from toronto) for visit and then to India. (journey break)

My return ticket is to Toronto via Chicago (no journy break).

My question is will my Absent Days from Canada will be counted when I apply for citizenship?

If yes, what is the possible way to avoid absent days, when I need to enter or exit Canada?

thanks
Gagan

Yes it will be counted whether you go to the US or anywhere else.

To avoid absent days from Canada, I would recommend you to stay in Canada.
It is very simple or count the absent days and delay your application for citizenship.
