Subject: U.S. Police Certificates for ARC
I am a 22 year old male, I was born and rasied in Indiana. I lived in Florida for eight months after turninig the age of 18. I have no criminal record in either state. Is having an FL police certificate even important in this case? Wouldn´t look better having only an Indiana one, seeing as I don´t look too much like a traveler?

What do you want to do though?
If you just want to visit Canada, you don´t need a police record. If there is anything, it will pop up when the clearing customs at the Canadian Port of Entry.

Holy cow, these night shifts are killing me, I didn´t even read your subject.

Why were you deported from Canada?

No worries. I drove back to the border after recieving an exclusion. A humilliating situation, but i´m visually impaired and it was night, very dark, storming plus too foggy. Otherwise i would have probably had seen the ´last us exit´ sign. Worst night of my life.

Ok, so you don´t have a criminal record in Canada.

Firstable, you were not deported. You were excluded. That is a different story.

With an exclusion order you are banned from entering Canada for two years, after that you are clear.
When did it happen?

The reason I ask, is because it takes anywhere between 4 months to a year to obtain an ARC and in most cases when someone has been excluded, by the time they get their ARC, their ban is already lifted.

One more thing.

Which form did you get? The IMM1214B, IMM 5238 or IMM 5238B?

Depending on which form you got, it will make a huge difference. Take a look and let me know.

The IMM 5292. When I fris entered it was only an eclusion for one year, the second time i entered it became a deportation order.

Something is not right. IMM5292 is a Confirmation of Permanent Resident not an exclusion order.

IMM5292 is what is on the bottom of the exclusion form and deportation form.
