hi,
I have a sister and her daughter in india, they are srilankan, I wanted to sponsor them, that way we can reunite, she doesent have no one in there, please can anyone reply?

Not always so (above). Generally, you cannot sponsor siblings. But there is an exception. Under very specific situations, you can sponsor your sister. But basically only if you don´t have a spouse or relatives who are legal Canadian residents now.
"You can sponsor one relative regardless of age or relationship only if you do not have a living spouse or common-law partner, conjugal partner, a son or daughter, parent, grandparent, sibling, uncle, aunt, nephew or niece who could be sponsored as a member of the family class, and you do not have any relative who is a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident."

I´m a Permanent resident of Canada, I live in Toronto, I´m married to a Canadian Citizen. I have a sister who is 18 year old, who is in India.She is studying Engineering(IT). I would like to know whether i can sponsor my sister, I don´t have any relatives in Canada.in that case would i be able to sponsor her?

if she has family in India - no. If you have family - a wife is considered family - no.

I have a sister age 35 years. She is a single mom and lives with my mother who is widow. basically we take care of their living in india.
I would like to sponsor them and bring to Canada. Can you please advice how i can do that.

My mom and dad passed away a year ago. I am a canadian citizen and married (same sex). My sister is the only single person in the family and shes aleready 26 years old. I want to sponsor her as she´s the only one left back home when my parents passed away as all of my other siblings living separately from her. As a token of my love and care for my sister without mentioning what she have done to my parents during their last days i want to sponsor her and live with her here in Toronto. I dont have any relatives here other than my spouse. Can i sponsor her? She is a college graduate and also working. Im worrying that if she applied for independent she might failed as her current job is not in line with her finished degree. Can i just sponsor her under family sponsorship category
