PRRA Approval Rate is about 1.2%
The time it takes depends on many factors including if the situation you claimed as your well fopunded reason has worsened in your country.
Well lets say you came from an African country were the militry took over because..... and now that so called government is even worse there will be plenty of stuff on the Internet.
Anyone can write a PRRA but they should have a flair to evoke compassion when they write. They should also know the PP3 manual inside and out.
The key is cruel and unusual treatment and punishment.
The definition of this in 1951 and in 2010 is totally different.

Longest PRRA decision we had was three and a half years out of Niagara Falls CIC.
The more stuff you put in the better odds you have especially at Federal Court.
