H&C will not stop a removal, CIC makes the decison.
What is happening now because of the new Refugee Appeal Divison they are joining all PRRA´s and assessing H&C at that time.
The H&C Oficer is to be alive alert and sensitive to the best interest of the child. Read IP5 manual for details.
