Hi
I had a one year work permit & then applied for an extension on visitor status which was refused. I have stayed on after i should have left as I have an employer willing to apply for
LMO for me. IF i now leave canada will I not get back in? how is this monitored?I want to apply on entry for my work permit at the border. all i want is to be able to work legally & pay tax .... Please help with any ideas...

Consult with a Lawyer who is not authorized to represent you with Citizenship and Immigration CANADA!
If the Lawyer is not a member of a Provincial Law Society the Lawyer will not be allowed to speak to any Officer about your application.
