Hello,
I would like to know. Is it possible for me to start the sponsorship process in the US?
I am currently a Canadian Citizen but PR in the US. I have applied for my US citizenship but have not yet received it. My husband is a diesel mechanic and a US Citizen (naturalized) We are thinking of moving back to Canada since we are having a second child (my first already has his Canadian citizen certificate) I do not work (stay at home mom) but my husband does work. Can we submit paperwork while we are all living here in the US?
What would the process be? What paperwork would I have to submit and how long would this take?
Thanks,

(in reply to: Want to sponsor Husband while I live in US) Yes you can sponsor your family to move back to Canada.
Processing times are roughly between 8 months to 2 years.
