Hi,
In section 12 .. if one does not have a current address in canada .. can that be left blank and mentioned as N/A ..
The reason can be mentioned in a seperate sheet ..

You can only renew your PR Card from within Canada. So no, this field cannot be blank (since if you are in Canada, you must have an address within Canada).

hey again ..
q12 - is current address in canada - -i dont reside now in canada so dont have one.
q13 - mailing address -- have a friends address where my correspeondences arrives..
so my question is --
can i leave q12 -- blank and directly go to q13 .
pls reply ..

The man is not reside in Canada. How will you try to help him?? Offer him a fake address in Canad? Will this will be the way from freaking CSIC consultant to help?
