Subject: German Immigrating to Canada
  My questions, after doing some research, is inland or outland application best? We live in Toronto at the moment and bf has a working visa until May 2011.
Would filing the application in Buffalo be considered outland and speed up the process?
Can he extend the working visa in Canada while the paperwork is being processed?
How long would it take if he went back home to Germany?
