I was US for quite long time, almost 10 years. Now, would like to know that how can I get US exit/entry record and from where? If someone give info then will be oblige. Thank you.

You are not going to get one for that. Look at your passport and check for your entry stamps and do your own math.

They stamped my PP but it says D/S(During Study). When I exited they didn´t stamp? What should I do now?

US Customs doesn´t stamp on exit but you may have a stamp from Canada Customs that can prove your entry.
CBSA normally don´t stamp passport to RR (Returning residents) or Canadian citizens when re-entering Canada but you can always ask to the CBSA officer to stamp it so you can keep track of your traveling history.
Keeping track of your travel history is YOUR responsability so you can check your elegibility when applying for citizenship.
You can always go back to check for traveling dates, using your credit card statements, diploma, dates of your education program etc.

Thanks Doc for your info. I had one entry stamp in my PP, but no exit stamp from US CBP. But I do have entry stamp from CBSA. Will that help right?

Lost status but PR still valid (in reply to: Need help!!!!!)
I have lost my status, as I have not met the 730 days rule, My PR card still valid for another 18 months. Can I still enter Canada with my PR card. Immigration has already noted that I am not very regular in my stay. I am away because of my mother.
