| Subject: spousal sponsorship |

Hi,
Could anyone have an idea what is going on if:
the immigraton posted on their site that decision has been made on my family sponsorship case and yet they do NOT give me a decision in person[i was at the embassy the other day]
they say that the letter is being written....
does it mean it is negative, so they are composing reasons?
or could it be anything?
just to give you idea what happened:
we filed 14 month ago[ukraine; kiev];
i had an interview in march 2010
they requested some extra info August 2010 I was given form to apply for ARC[authorized return to Canada]; which i did
and the decision has been made last week;
?
1. could i have failed an interview and yet be given ARC forms to fill and to apply?
2. could i be rejected to return to Canada?

Okay its early here and I have not had my cup of coffee yet but.....

You are being sponsored by your spouse who loves you with all his/her heart and neither retained experienced quality Counsel to answer this question and assist you with your ARC application?
You got one chance at future happiness and you sought no advice other than this forum????

I checked your website; you are consultant, right?
any lawyers at your firm? or do you deal with appeals as well if anything?
we had paralegal to deal with our applications but that was it; i thought canadian im igration to be much m ore reasonable and human.... i have known my wife 4 years by now[more than two by trhe time we got married in canada] and i lived in canada 9 years.... yet the imm is killing me; oh well, i hope for luck;

I also have a question(s) in the same field.
I married my husband in Morocco in November 2010. I am a Canadian Citizen and he is a Moroccan Citizen.
I am unemplyed due to Disabilities,(and am on Disability with the Provincial Gov´t). Do I have to have a job (for a year?), with a certain income (between $ 20,000 - $ 21,000 to be able to sponsor him to Canada

no, but you must be able to demonstrate how you are going to support you husband when he arrives.
