Subject: Canadian Resident studying in US
I landed in Canada, with my family August 2010 but 2 of my kids are in the University in the USA. For them to meet the PR requirement, do I need to get them transfered to a Canadian University to complete their undergraduate studies? What does the law stipulate in this situation?
