Registered Nurses need no longer apply!

These Ministerial Instructions FSW Applicants are causing severe stress to those in this Immigration Business.

What can be done when your working on a file and POOF within a week it is full and applicants need no longer apply? The numbers were not so high a week ago but others beat my applicant to the finish line.

AEO´s are being strictly assessed, LMO´s are unlikely to be successful unless the registered nurse has three years of experience and had his/her credentials approved by the province.

Sure anyone who is intelligent can fill in the forms themselves but we have heard 70% are returned during the pre-screening at the CIO. There are serious problems with this newer, better, more logical system that need to be fixed ASAP.

which is worse... this way or helping people come and then they cannot find work? I would say a fast answer and a good chance of employment rather than stringing people along. Ye

Hold the file until May 31 and then pop it in the mail. What is a better option?

When applications are in abundance, just like university applications the screening criteria tightens up. Can you imagine missing a spot in med school because of a typo??? It´s happened.

I guess that is why I prefer to help people already here.

The time it takes to get a registered nurse a graduated license for the particular province, find them an employer who understands the LMO process, apply for the LMO while trying to keep the employer patient, then worse submitting an application to the Visa Post and they think due to others submitting bogus employment applications all people fit into the same box.

That is why reputation in this business is so important.

Going to go the slow route to success.

To All

While surfing the net this morning I found an annoucement regarding a CSIC Consultant making a trip to Lahore Pakistan who will be attempting to bring Registered Nurses to Canada.

That person claims he was a Immigration Consultant from 2001. IMPRESSIVE, LOL!

That person goes on and on about only retaining a Certified Immigration Consultant and how bad Ghost Agents or Unauthorized Consultants are and to retain only CSIC Members.

When one looks closely they will see he became a Certified Immigration Consultant in 2008! This is found by noticing his CSIC Membership number starts with MO8.

***FOUR YEARS AFTER CSIC CAME INTO EXISTANCE***

So he worked as a Ghost Agent/Consultant who was not authorized for four years! Yet he goes on and on about not hiring those that are not authorized.

He has by his own admission possibly less than two years of (real) actual experience.

Now on this persons site their is audio of him telling members of the public to only retain authorized immigration consultants.

When deciding to retain anyone to assist you with your application no matter what it is, it is necessary you do your own due dilligence and check references and do not get fooled by an impressive office, web site or a nice suit.

Remember the CSIC membership number (MO4----) that starts with the following number MO4 is from 2004 and that will prove they have been certified at least since the year 2004.

If you see a CSIC Membership number starting with MO9 or MO8 and they claim 18 or 19 years experience as a Immigration Consultant while at the same time going on and on about (only) retaining a Certified Immigration Consultant who is a CSIC member you need to ask questions.

Remember ethics can not be purchased.

If it is too good to be true RUN!
