When CIC make decisions on H & C case , do they care about how much $$$$ annually applicantīs family is making? Is there any minimum annual income requirement for H & C cases? Our annually income is not much, we are family of four (two adults and two kids). we are not on any kind of social or government assistance.

PR card renewal (in reply to: Roy please advice!!!) Dear Roy
My wife got her PR status in March 2007. After spending 2 weeks in Canada for the landing purpose, she returned to her country of origin to continue working. Recently she returned to Canada in September 2010 with a new passport and has decided to stay in Canada permanently since the whole family is here. She has calculated that she will be 6 months short of the required 2 years out of 5 years residency. Is CIC able to detect if she has in fact physically been in Canada for less than 2 years out of the 5 years? Please advise. Thanks.
