Please help me i am so confuse because i have a child with my common law partner,and i dont know if i can sponsor him because he is married and to file for legal separation in the philippines takes years and lots of money. When i applied to to work here as a Nanny in canada i declared him as my commom law partner because we are living together for 10yrs with the consent of both our families...Is there a chance and will not cause me any problem to sponsor him as a commom law partner..
