Lili,

Unfortunately we don´t always get the news we want to listen. However not all might be lost.

Ask your husband to call this number (free calling in North America) - Cohen and Cohen:

1 888 947 9445

Clearly spell out your case and seek frank opinion from them. As mentioned; if your marriage happened after your husband had filed for immigration and was NOT called for any interview you may be fine.

However; it was wrong on his part to hide such an important information during filing of papers and/or during the interview.

Canada does not tell anyone immigrating not to get married or have babies - all it had to take was to write to CIC and inform of change in maratial situation.

In anycase; all is not lost. Call and seek help.

Best of Luck and hope you make it to your husband soon !!

LiLi,

Dont want to scare you, but ask your husband to consult a good immigration lawyer. He has broken the immigration law, if he has not declared his marriage before landing. Not only your visa is in hard situation, your hasband PR status is in danger as well.
I know a person that immigration officer figuered out about his marriage by chance in the port of entry and refused his immigration visa and deported him because of this.
I hope that your case is more smooth, but ask him to be carefull.
