Do you mean,

He put your self (your name) as the representative in his application?

If yes, he can do it. It is allowed. Please watch your english. Are you sure, you were born and brought up in Canada? As your knowledge of English is doubtful based on what you have written here as well as you arent able to understand simple english written in the forms.

Bestluck,
Nisha

Excuse me, no need to be so rude and stuckup. I was born in Canada, and im pretty sure I would know. This is a forum, I have a question and I can put it any way I want and everyone can understand what I said. So theres no need for you to criticize what I wrote. You did not have to help me with this. There are millions of other people who would help without criticizing or questioning my birthplace?
There is no need for that NISHA.
By saying that, your just looking for a quarrel

Sorry, not just Nisha, I´m too skeptical no end of your claim of you being born in Canada. I´ve met many Indians, and your language skill is not in the same league as they are;in fact, not even close. Unless you were just born here and brought up in other country, even kids wouldn´t buy your claim. And good luck with your millions of people you are expecting to get help from. There are only handful of knowledgeable people here and Nisha is one of them.

ilovepreet, you are the sponsor.

Your husband is the sponsored.

Representative refers to a legal counsel such as certified lawyer (provincial bar and a Quebec notary) or immigration consultant (Mr R) in Canada.

You two are doing all the paper work without paying anyone, there should be no representative.

Hey ilovepreet,

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5476E.PDF

see above link, If you were talking about this form then YES he can put your name as a representative. and it will be unpaid and family member or friend.

If you were talking about something else, I am sorry I dont know what you are talking about. You should be clear when you are asking. So still I believe that you should watch your English.

@ ANONYMOUS [***.53.53.116], thanks for the support.

Best luck,
Nisha
