Hi..
I am planing to get my wife to visit me here, currently i am employed as full time worker under the ferderal skilled worker here in medeicine hat AB. I was employed last Dec 02,2010 up to present but before that i was here in canada since last nov of 2008 as a temporary worker as well(under low pilot program. My wife applied last year twice to get here under temporary worker program with the arranged employer also with the approved positive labor market opinion but has been refused in immigration in the philippines.
My question is ?
is there any effect on her application for visit visa application of bieng refused twice before.
How can i make a positive result for her application for visit visa.

Your wife can have positive results with the visit visa if she shows very strong ties to her home country and proves that she will leave Canada once her visit is over. I think this will be extremely difficult to prove given you´re in Canada.

A facebook group has been created "Protest against Canadian High Commission in Islamabad"...
I would encourage everyone to join this group and discuss all your matters there, and then we should make a plan to approach top Government officials and news channels and start complaining about the stupid system...
