I´ve read many reports of building collapsing in China/India and people misdiagnosed and died because of it. If canada start admitting doctors from those countries, then I´ll "buy" my medical degree from this countries and practice here....

The worst is ...it´s not even about language!!!! Language is only ONE of the MANY many many many Canadian artificially made barriers...
I know Brits and Americans - AMERICANS for crying out loud!(Inexcusable! Out-FXXXXXX-Rageous!!!) who are stuck in low grade jobs cuz...well ya see your education and training ain´t Canadian eeeeeeh...
Not up to Provincial requirements etc, coming from the States we don´t know if you speak Canadian blablablaaah...
I saw a Brit who was told she couldn´t qualify for a training program because her education level was...too low. Mind you the program seemed to admit an awful lot of Asian with no English language skills whatsoever.
Infuriating to see a British with a PhD doing "janitorial work"....a baaaad joke really.
The whole Canadian immigration thing is a scam to bring cash and create crazy Government jobs that´s it.
Immoral, vicious, nefarious.
Don´t immigrate to Canada CIC is selling you something which is not there.
