Subject: MEDICALS DONE BUT NOT RECEIVED

Dear seniors,
I recived notification to do medicals last year for work permit, which i did and notified the embassy, yesterday they sent me a refusal letter via mail that i was refused since i did not do medicals.What shud i do ,i spoke to doctor who gave me the tracking no. that shows it was received in London.Should i go to the embassy with the receipt?? am worried as they mentioned that my file is closed.
