Well when I say if it is too good to be true RUN!

There is a Filipino Canadian out there ripping off her own people using my name as if we are connected in business.

I have a Lady in my office crying her eyes out because she paid $11,900.00 Canadian to assist with a Live In Caregiver application and to bring two other relatives into Canada based on low skilled employment.

This bogus consultant called Ruth even informed the client that they were not to contact me directly. Never ever give money to anyone especially if they inform you NOT to contact the authorized representative directly.

All Lawyers and Consultants must have a retainer agreement with any and all clients detailing the responsibilities of both parties.

No contract never pay anything!

There are citizens from a visa exempt countries that have showed up at the airport holding a letter from XXXX company overseas asking to the Canadian authorities to issue a work permit upon arrival.

When CBSA asks to the traveler if they had to pay anything for the "letter" it´s crazy how people gets ripped off when it comes down to immigration.

No receipt, no contract or retainer agreement just thousands of dollars pushed across a kitchen table.

Then the client is told not to and agrees not to contact the authorized representative!

Using my name to rip off others is not something I will let go lightly.

Getting hard evidence to charge and convict will not be easy because it comes down to he said she said.

The "hearsay" is not going to go too far but...

It depends.

If this person agrees to be your witness you can still take to a court of law this person for difamation and misrepresentation of character.

A verbal contract is valid. This client has to agree to be in the process all the way though.

Put in the newspaper if someone else may have been in a faudulent verbal contract with this same individual.

You know the drill, pill up as much evidence as you can.
