I was wondering if someone claimed (by false evidences) he lived in Canada while he was abroad all the time, and yet obtained the Canadian citizenship. Is his citizenship still legal? In other words, can he lose his citizenship if it is proved he didn´t abide by the regulations?
On the other hand, which agency/gov. organization is responsible for such cases (Canadian citizenship fraud)?

YES! His/her citizenship may be revoked for misrepresentation, that kind of information is relevant in the decision making process.
In charge of processing citizenship is CIC, investigation is done mostly by CIC and CBSA.
CBSA does the removals.

Saying something with no solid evidence after others have been assessed to have been complying is like saying I heard that he robbed the bank but not being able to remember whom you heard the story from.

Or are you one of those people who did not go into the lottery pool and then claim you intended to once the group wins 50 million?

1. If the appeal by the Department is allowed, the decision of the citizenship judge dated such a date can be quashed.
The person in question may make a further application for citizenship at the appropriate time or may be fined or face prison terms or barred from applying for a certain period of time.

It is not that violators should be reported what I am looking at is your motives for reporting.
Like people who live in glass houses should not throw stones.
So what "quality" evidence would you have.
CIC does check to see if applicants for citizenship have resided in Canada and their methods are not fool proof but why would you have "quality" evidence of anyone being outside of Canada too long to apply for citizenship?
Now lets say your family to this person. The trouble you will have in the future because today you want to ride on that white horse is not worth it regardless of the others actions.
Reporting this person and expecting to remain hidden behind that tree while they get dealt with is highly unlikely. They will know where the evidence came from.
We have a lady who complains that the cars go too fast on the main road even though she and her family never walk the street. She complained and got the police to set up a radar trap. One day she got caught speeding herself.
What goes around comes around.
Vengence is mine says the Lord.
Let it go! Not worth the headaches and you will only get all stressed out by the apparent lack of action by CIC.

They will take it from there.
If you don´t have any hard evidence to prove it, then settle your differences with him in a different way because this one isn´t going to fly and it is going to be a waste of everybody´s time.

What gets me is the handle this person uses, "PATRIOT"
How does he/she know that the person was residing outside of Canada, what is her/his evidence. NO COMMENT!
