Hey Guys...
Could you share your experiences about using CAIPS notes and the new "Information Sharing" policy of the Government.
What do you think is faster... what do you think its better...
I have applied to Buffalo office and applied from Toronto.

there is no new CIC policy. they are simply acknowledging what is already happening. Canadian citizens or PR´s accessing CAIPS notes under the freedom of information laws. I would suggest 99/100 they do not tell an applicant anything they want to know. they are in an internal notation that was never designed to be self explanitory. you will see several threads on this forum that discuss the benefits. I do not see any.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am deeply sorry to inform you that CAIPS notes create more confusion in your case. Furthermore, since we have a tremendous workload in our Buffalo office, requests for CAIPS notes further jeopardize the highly efficient job of our fellow officers. In other words, you create more work for us.
I remind you that CAIPS notes will not speed up your application, but only steal the few brakes we have to enjoy coffee and smokes, sometimes office sex.
Therefore, I would advise you think twice before ordering those notes.

HI FRIENDS, IN MY OPINION , AS I SUBMITTED THE CASE 5 MONTHS BEFORE SO I WOULD LIKE TO APPLY FOR CAIPS AFTER ONE YEAR IF I DIDNT GET REPLY FROM EMBASSY.
FRIENDS PLEASE SUGGEST ME ANY NEW DEVELOPMENT ANY NEWS OF CANADIAN IMMIGRATION
