Hi
Have a few questions about what to do after failed asylum claim:
1.Can I choose another safe country(not country of origin) when my claim fails and Removal Order comes into life to which Canada will deport me?
2.I have money only for ticket to Canada and will not be able to pay for transferring me to another safe country, will I go "in debt" with Canadian Government ? What happens if I can´t pay back the "loan" for the ticket?
3.If I make H&C claim after failed initial claim and removal order is on,but I have no housing and can´t afford any back in country of origin, is there any way I can stay in Canada under special circumstances?

i don´t know from where you came , but as i see almost everywhere is democracy, so you will get the same answer in other country.if you are single, and you are hardworking man,you should start looking for job, open few bank accounts so you can change paychecks, find another apartment, change phone number. and don´t trust nobody.
save money, send money to your family, and 1 day you have enough so you can start immigrating to other country

No, not really unless you are a citizen or a PR of another country where CBSA can verify that you will be admitted.

If CBSA buys the ticket for you and you are planning on coming back to Canada you have to pay the expenses back to the government for your deportation. If you asked for a loan from a bank or somebody else that´s between you and the financial institution or person.

No, actually if you represent a flight risk (risk that you will not show up for your removal and other factors) you will be put in detention until your removal. An H&C application in, will not stop your deportation.

Hello Dear; My name is hamidull qadiry I am fram Afghanistan but now i am in austurai its mean in europ.so I cant living in Afghanistan and u dont want back my country in hear I have alot problem they don´t me documents not alowed to school not alowd ti working just I am spent my life but I dont like it that why I want to helpe me , I have some prove to show you why I come fram Afghanistan ,i working 4 years with (USIP)its like American security company and I was working as transletor and scourt manager.so please try to be help me I don´t have any way 4 site for my close I don´t know what should I do that wht I sending massage,thanks
