Hello experts!
I´d appreciate if you could advise me on the following - I´ve submitted the papers to CPC-M recently to sponsor my parents, but now I´m changing my job, so should I inform the CPC-M on this change in my employment somehow?

You dont need to inform you change in job. If you are going on EI yes you need to inform them.
