Subject: misrepresentation
We landed in Canada in 2005 and misrepresented our identity and file a refugee claim and got accepted. In between 2005-2011 we have had 2 Canadian born kids but last 1month the CBSA got our original identity and send to the IRB to start revoking our status as convention refugees.
We all(except the canadian borns)have an original passports(Not what we claimed with) siezed and its from a safe 3rd world country in Europe.
Is it worth it to start applying for humanitarian and compassionate for the interest of our canadian borns or it will be just waste of money to a lawyer?
What is the best time to do what since our application for PR is still in process and not done yet.

You will be wasting your money.
Enjoy your life back home, I am sure your new children will have your european citizenship once you register them with your embassy.

WAO WAO WAO,CBSA is not a joke and its the most powerful government office in Canada.
Do not attempt to fight this. You committed fraud and belong in jail - and you could very well end up there. You both have committed major felonies which make you inadmissible under any circumstances. If you go to jail, your children will be taken from you. Your children have a right to citizenship in your country of citizenship. Get your children passports from your country´s consulate urgently! Take your children with you and get out of Canada as fast as possible.

You will never be able to return to Canada. Due to committing immigration fraud (and you could be charged with & convicted of additional felonies as well), you are ineligible for immigration to practically every country in the world. You have no choice but to return to your own country with your children, or else go to jail & deportation - probably losing your children. You do understand that "losing" your children means the children are taken from you, parental rights terminated, and they go to foster care, don´t you. Get those kids´ passports from your country, and get out of Canada as fast as you can get the passports.

Misrepresentation is regarded as an extremely serious offence. And anchor babies aren´t sufficient reason to be granted H&C. I think you have very little chance of succeeding and the money would be put to better use re-establishing yourself in whichever country you move to next. But ultimately it´s your call.
